Production, coordination and site logistics support
K Chet’s Residence is a bespoke luxury private home that exemplifies the fusion of modern construction technology with refined architectural artistry. The project brief from the owner and design team was clear: the building envelope must express sophistication and story through materials and textures, rather than plain concrete walls. The house was designed to emphasize elegance and natural material richness, aiming to create a timeless architectural statement.
To achieve this, Stact proposed lightweight precast walls with a Bush-hammered Rib texture finish—a solution that introduced depth, rhythm, and tactile beauty to the façade while aligning with the aesthetic vision of the architect. This approach not only enhanced the visual impact of the house but also allowed for efficient and precise installation
Challenges:
The project was already in an advanced stage of construction when Stact was brought in. Installation had to occur under the existing superstructure, requiring careful logistical planning. The textured wall panels needed to precisely match the architect’s layout and spacing intentions, leaving little room for error.
Solutions:
Stact leveraged its experience in custom precast systems and employed advanced lifting techniques and special equipment to maneuver the panels under the completed structure. Each wall panel was engineered and manufactured with precision to align with the tight dimensional tolerances and visual rhythm required by the architect. The Bush-hammered Rib texture was executed to a high level of craftsmanship, bringing a sculptural character to the facade. Despite the constraints, the installation was executed seamlessly, transforming the home into a landmark of architectural detail and precision craftsmanship.
