CJ More is a large-scale retail rollout initiative, where speed, cost consistency, and construction repeatability are critical to success. The project explores the use of BubbleDeck as a structural upgrade to conventional systems, aiming to deliver a more efficient and scalable solution for nationwide expansion.

Rather than positioning BubbleDeck as a replacement, the approach was developed as an evolution of the existing system—retaining familiar construction practices while enhancing performance, reducing structural mass, and improving overall project efficiency.

The solution combines BubbleDeck slabs with precast structural elements to create a standardized, modular system that can be replicated across multiple locations with predictable outcomes.

BubbleDeck was integrated into the structural system as a strategic upgrade—reducing concrete usage, lowering structural weight, and enabling more efficient foundation design. This results in a balanced system where cost, speed, and performance are optimized together rather than traded off.

The standardized design allows for repeatable construction with minimal variation, supporting rapid rollout across multiple sites. Combined with precast elements, the system ensures faster installation, reduced on-site complexity, and improved construction predictability.

This project demonstrates how BubbleDeck can transition from a project-specific solution to a scalable construction platform—supporting high-volume retail development with consistency, efficiency, and long-term value.
