Thailand’s tallest BubbleDeck building. Proven at scale.
The 30-Story Condominium in Bangkae marks a major milestone for BubbleDeck in Thailand—being the tallest building to date utilizing the system. This project serves as a full-scale validation of BubbleDeck in high-rise applications, where safety, cost, speed, and sustainability were rigorously evaluated.
Key Challenges:
Solutions:
BubbleDeck reduces overall structural weight, allowing for smaller columns and optimized vertical elements—directly increasing usable and sellable space.
The flat slab configuration eliminates beams, enabling cleaner ceiling lines, more efficient MEP coordination, and greater flexibility in unit layouts.
The semi-precast system minimizes on-site work such as formwork, scaffolding, rebar installation, and concrete casting—resulting in fewer workers, faster progress, and reduced disruption to surrounding areas.
The structural cycle time is estimated at approximately 6 days per floor, with an overall reduction of around one month in the structural construction phase—accelerating time-to-market.
The system integrates seamlessly with existing contractors, workflows, and supply chains, allowing adoption without major changes.
Additionally, the project achieves an estimated reduction of approximately 420 tons of embodied carbon, reinforcing its sustainability value.
This project stands as a milestone proving that BubbleDeck is fully viable at high-rise scale—delivering measurable gains in profitability, constructability, speed, and sustainability.
