BubbleDeck slab design, detailing and layout
Production, coordination and site logistics support
This PTT gas station toilet facility, located in the Bangkok metropolitan area, was developed as a prototype for PTTOR’s standardized precast and sustainable building model. Designed to be scalable and repeatable across nationwide sites, the project aimed to reduce construction time, enhance build quality, and support long-term operational sustainability.
Stact provided structural design, BubbleDeck slab implementation, and production support — delivering a faster, cleaner, and more efficient system that can be applied consistently across future gas station developments throughout Thailand.
Challenge :
As a prototype for nationwide deployment, the toilet facility had to support a high concentration of MEP systems, with precise slope and drainage alignment critical for hygiene and functionality. Additionally, site conditions varied, especially regarding the location of underground septic tanks — requiring a versatile structural system that could adapt without major redesign on each site.
Solution :
Stact delivered a BubbleDeck-based slab system with integrated drop panels and adaptable layout zones to support MEP-intensive areas such as toilets and wet zones. The system maintained strict slope accuracy and pipe clearance while reducing on-site adjustments. Its semi-precast nature allowed for faster construction, less wet work, and easy adaptation to site-specific septic tank placement — making it ideal for PTTOR’s goal of scalable, high-quality, sustainable facility rollout.
