Aurora Village is a visionary townhome development created for the next generation of homebuyers — where speed, sustainability, and comfort come together in a future-ready package. The project owner sought a breakthrough in green construction technology that could deliver the quality and efficiency of a precast system while enhancing livability and long-term resilience.
To meet this ambition, Stact introduced a fully integrated solution combining load-bearing precast walls with the BubbleDeck slab system, creating a structural system that is lighter, faster to build, and seismically robust — all without compromising interior comfort. This approach positions Aurora Village at the forefront of sustainable and prefabricated housing in Thailand.
Challenge : The client aimed to combine the benefits of multiple precast technologies — speed, quality control, seismic safety, and sustainability — into a single housing product. The structural system had to meet both technical and lifestyle requirements: clean interiors, good sound insulation, thermal performance, and adaptability for various layouts.
Solution : Stact engineered a hybrid system where precast load-bearing walls form a strong vertical core, while BubbleDeck slabs provide a seamless, flat, and lightweight horizontal structure. This eliminated the need for beams, reduced construction time, and ensured tight dimensional control and build quality. The result is a housing solution that delivers faster construction, long-term durability, and modern design flexibility — setting a new benchmark for Thailand’s residential market.
