Park91 is a premium low-rise apartment project designed with a deep focus on comfort, quietness, and thermal performance for residents. As a customer-centric development, every detail — from room layout to structural span — was refined to enhance livability. Stact was engaged from the concept design stage, working closely with the architect to fully integrate the BubbleDeck system into the project’s structural logic. The result is a well-optimized building that maximizes space, minimizes noise, and delivers the full performance benefits of the voided slab system.
Challenge :
The goal of Park91 was to offer residents a premium living experience — with spacious, quiet, and energy-efficient units — while maintaining clean architecture and efficient structural planning. To do this, the structural layout needed to align perfectly with the architectural concept from day one. Poor coordination or a mismatched structural grid would have undermined comfort, span efficiency, and the value of using BubbleDeck.
Solution :
By engaging early with the design team, Stact was able to optimize column positioning and slab spans in harmony with the architect’s vision. The BubbleDeck system was applied not just as a structural component, but as a core part of the design strategy — enabling fewer columns, beamless ceilings, and improved floor-to-floor clarity. The result is a structure that supports quiet, cool, and open-plan living, while maintaining material efficiency and faster construction benefits behind the scenes.
