Lighter structure. Smaller foundation. Faster build.
Sinanantra is an 8-story mixed-use development located in the heart of Bangkok, positioned near mass transit and high-traffic tourist areas. The project is envisioned as a flexible asset—capable of adapting its function over time in response to market demand.
The original structural design utilized a post-tensioned slab system, which introduced constraints on future modifications and required a relatively heavy foundation system with dense piling—posing challenges for construction in a congested urban environment.
Stact re-engineered the structure using the BubbleDeck slab system to reduce structural weight, improve flexibility, and enable a more efficient construction approach. The result is a lighter, more adaptable building with reduced foundation demands and improved constructability in a constrained site.

Solutions:
By replacing the post-tensioned slab with BubbleDeck, the overall structural weight was significantly reduced—leading to a meaningful reduction in foundation size and piling requirements. This not only improved cost efficiency but also reduced construction complexity in a constrained urban setting.
The semi-precast nature of the BubbleDeck system minimized on-site activities such as formwork, scaffolding, rebar work, and concrete casting. This resulted in fewer workers on site, faster construction progress, and reduced disruption to surrounding areas.
The flat slab configuration also enables long-term flexibility, allowing future adjustments to building functions without major structural intervention—aligning with the owner’s vision of a future-ready mixed-use development.
This project demonstrates how BubbleDeck transforms urban construction—making it lighter, faster, and more adaptable, even in the most constrained city environments.
